Return conditions:
The product(s) must be returned to us intact, without any signs of use, in their original packaging.
All returns must be requested through our services using our contact form:
- Please indicate in your message the item(s) concerned and the reason for your return request
- Please provide your order number under the “Additional Information” section. You will find this number in the email you received when your order was placed.
You will then receive a return slip by email containing the shipping address, which you must print and include with your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (except in the case of a defect).
To avoid any disputes, we recommend returning your package with tracking.

– In the event of improper use, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the customer, as well as in the case of normal wear and tear, accident, or force majeure.
Refund:
Provided that the return conditions have been met, the price of the product(s) will be fully refunded using the same payment method that was originally used to pay for the order. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return conditions have not been met, you will be contacted by email to discuss possible solutions and the most suitable options for both parties.
