Introduction
These Terms of Sale are additional terms subject to our Terms of Use and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Little Salon (“My Little Salon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern online transactions of products or pre-orders (collectively, “Orders”) initiated or completed on mylittlesalon.fr (the “Site”). By using the Site and placing Orders, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale may be modified at any time without prior written notice, at our sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on the Site, and you should review these Terms before placing any Order. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. When such changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
These Terms of Sale form an integral part of the Terms of Use, which generally apply to your use of the Site. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an Order. By placing an Order on the Site, you are making an offer to enter into these Terms of Sale with respect to that Order.
1. Acceptance and Billing
Prior to accepting an Order, we may request additional information and reserve the right to reject or cancel Orders, even after acceptance. By confirming your purchase during checkout, you agree to pay for the Order.
To place an Order, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 years old in most states).
2. Pricing and Sales Tax
All prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping and handling fees. Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the Order is placed.
We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and reserve the right to cancel any Orders arising from such errors.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for the practices or terms of third-party payment processors.
By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that:
– the payment information provided is accurate,
– you are authorized to use the designated payment method,
– you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Order if your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable.
4. Discount Codes
Only one coupon or promotional code may be applied per Order. Once applied, the Order subtotal will be adjusted accordingly.
If the promotion relates to shipping, shipping charges will be adjusted provided the correct shipping method is selected. Please review promotion details to confirm eligibility.
5. Shipping
A. Shipping Contract.
All deliveries are subject to Order acceptance and product availability. To track shipments, please check your email (including spam folders) and your Order status in the “My Orders” section of the Site.
We may request additional information via email or other means to process your Order.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
B. Shipping and Delivery Times.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to be eligible for same-day shipping. In the event of a delay, we will notify you.
Please note that shipping times and delivery times are different. All items are shipped from France. Once shipped, delivery speed depends on the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
– 48 hours to 4 days within mainland France
– 4 days to 2 weeks within Europe
These are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delivery times. My Little Salon shall not be held liable for delays caused by postal strikes or other events beyond our control as provided under applicable transportation laws.
C. Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of items. Rates may vary depending on the product, but we strive to offer shipping at cost.
Shipping is free for 3-in-1 trolleys, XL and Junior versions, when ordered from France.
D. European Delivery.
We ship within Europe via Colissimo and for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
E. Order Tracking.
Once your Order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may also be accessed in the “My Orders” section of the Site.
Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
6. Cancellations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we may refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including:
– product availability limitations,
– eligibility issues,
– pricing inaccuracies,
– suspected fraud.
We reserve the right to cancel Orders resulting from errors, even after Order confirmation.
If your Order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with Section 7 and receive a refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned:
– in original condition,
– in original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted through our contact form. Acceptance of returns is at My Little Salon’s discretion.
If approved, you will receive a return authorization with instructions via email.
You must:
– include the return authorization,
– ship the item to the provided address,
– cover return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated),
– obtain tracking and insurance.
If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back at your expense.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Replacement items are shipped within 2–3 business days after receipt of the returned item.
8. Promotions
Promotions may be subject to additional terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms of Sale shall prevail.
9. Dispute Resolution
This section may only be modified by mutual agreement.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution by providing written notice describing the issue and a proposed solution.

Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions for a period of sixty (60) days.
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to French courts.
10. Disclaimer and Warranties
A. Product Disclaimer.
Product images are non-contractual. My Little Salon shall not be held liable for errors.
Advice, FAQs, or recommendations provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.
B. Warranties.
Products comply with applicable standards and have undergone testing.
You benefit from:
– a 2-year legal warranty for conformity and hidden defects under French law.
For 3-in-1 trolleys, XL and Junior versions, a 1 year commercial warranty is provided covering repair or replacement for manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the Site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Site is operated from France. All matters relating to Orders and these Terms shall be governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
