Shipping time:
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, otherwise, they are shipped the following day. We are committed to informing you in case of any delay.
Please do not confuse shipping times with delivery times. We are not responsible for delivery times, as these depend on the carrier. If your package is delayed (the postmark serving as proof), please contact the carrier directly rather than our customer service.
We offer two delivery options:
– Colissimo Home Delivery: Delivery to your home or an address of your choice (signature required upon delivery).
– Colissimo Pickup Point: Delivery to a nearby pickup point, which you will be invited to select from an interactive map by entering a city name or postal code.
Delivery times:
– For mainland France:
Delivery within 48H with Colissimo Home Delivery, and within 2 to 3 days to a nearby pickup point.
– For Europe:
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden.
Delivery times range from 4 to 15 days, depending on the distance between the destination country and France.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel at any time on the selected carrier’s website.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please indicate this clearly by adding reservations on the delivery note upon receipt.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the carrier’s rates, taking into account the parcel weight and delivery destination.
Free shipping to mainland France on orders over €69.
